Bank transfers from a U.S. account are free. Card payments add a 3% + 50¢ processing fee, shown below before you confirm.
Bank payments verified with Stripe post immediately. Unverified ones can take 2–3 business days, so allow time for rent to arrive by its due date.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card or bank details.
By submitting a payment you authorize Stripe to process the transaction on our behalf and you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Late fees, returned payments and other charges are applied as described in your lease agreement.
